Do you communicate directly with my clients?

Yes we will. Initially, we will need to communicate with them in relation to our AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. Once they are a signed up client, we are happy to send them updates about Workhub events and enhanced services that they may find beneficial.

Once you have hit the threshold of the various packages, we will be happy to issue your discount.

There is no minimum number of clients. But the more you send our way, the larger discount you will receive!

How do I collect my post?

With your secure access security fob and personal PO Box key, you’ll have 24-hour access to your PO Box. Visit our facility whenever it’s convenient for you, and retrieve your mail hassle-free.

Yes, you can cancel your contract at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for details on cancellation policies and any associated fees.

We provide measurements for all available PO Box sizes. If you’re unsure, our team is here to assist you in selecting the most suitable option. Contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Meeting Rooms

How do I access a booked meeting room?

Please report to reception on arrival at the meeting room building and you will be given access instructions for you and your guests. Hosts and guests will have access to the meeting room and building for the booking duration only.

Email us at info@workhub.ie or call us +353 15 566 512 to cancel a booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancel 48 hours or more before your confirmed booking: You will be refunded 100% of the fee.
Cancel within 48 hours: You will be refunded 50% of the fee.
Cancel within 24 hours: You will not be refunded and the full fee is payable.

Yes, our meeting rooms are available to book Monday to Saturday. Bookings are not available on Sundays however.

Choose the room you would like to book. Fill out the contact form with no. of persons, duration and date. One of our agents will contact you to arrange the payment and booking.

Alternatively, if you don’t know which room to book, simply fill out the general contact form indicating no. of persons, duration and date required and we will contact you to discuss availability.

We have a variety of room sizes and most of our locations have rooms available for up to 21 people. However, we can accommodate larger groups on request.

Virtual Offices

How soon can I use my virtual office address?

Your chosen virtual office address can be used immediately for business registration with CRO. If it is included in your chosen plan, you can also use the address immediately for business trading purposes.

A business trading address is where customers, banks or suppliers send correspondence. It can be different from the company’s registered address so doesn’t have to be public information.

There are 3 Dublin addresses to choose from:

Adelaide Road (Dublin 2)
Camden Street (Dublin 2)
Bracken Road (Dublin 18)

Fill out the simple online form and your billing and payment details and submit.

Send through the required documents (proof of ID and proof of address)

How do I decide which plan I need?

First, consider whether you need a business trading address in addition to a legal address. Then compare plans for the additional services included in each such as receiving packages, a licence agreement, hot desk usage etc. If you are still not sure, contact our helpful team for advice.
